![]() DO not if the material is loose it will rot. so anything you do normally in a regular vanilla game will work normaly, above all else. wich at seasons gave it a longer time span. Yeah you will be fine at the numbers of bales you have produced, feed, etc wich at why seasons doesnt rot bales, so anything you produced in baled will not rot, everything thats between seasons and vanilla game isnt different its just spread out into 12 days rather than a vanilla 7 day stretch. If got a bunch of stored feed and likely enough fields, but am not sure. is there enough hay to get in the barn if you will. Winter is coming and spring, summer and autumn too. Thanks Marcus, i just want to get a gauge for what i need to do insofar as having enough feed to survive the year. Originally posted by Marcaus:the only thing different is the economy wich makes it so much easier at its currents version and yes animals consume half after current version wich needs to be double in all reality, but seasons compinsated that for the reproductive rate, bringing the natural way to do things In fact, my cows seem to make at least 50 more profit during winter/spring without grass than summer/autumn with grass. I got some 400 hrs into my savegame and would like to keep the sweat equity, and am looking forward to have a bunch of stuff for the seasons mod The mod automatically offsets the lack of grass. Is there a way to get my stored crops back? If not, i could just replant them and build up some crops for the first few years then buy the animals. Experience the trials and tribulations of a real life farmer worrying if you will get all your crops planted on time before it gets. If that is true, this might work as I would be working with a fresh game. The Seasons mod changes the fundamental way to play Farming Simulator by introducing seasons and changing all aspects of the gameplay, such as weather, growth, economy, vehicle maintenance and husbandry to suit. Save that, then go into career file and adjust the money and then buy the equipment, fields and animals? And i should be okay as i am only changing one entry in the file. are you saying i could start a fresh new game. (Note: it is the soil temp you need to watch, not the air temp) The second page gives you your Seasons options such as farenheight temps instead of centigrade. Guitarman, I created a duplicate saved game file and my plan was to simply use this copied save file. Or just backup the save before installing seasons if you'd rather not.Īs for economy I can't really help (just started seasons this week too) but to my knowledge animals do take more food than base (dont know without testing if thats different on different length seasons but my instinct would tell me no.) and the max food given is locked to three days. ![]() ![]() Originally posted by guitarman152:If you're looking to transfer your stuff to a savegame with seasons you could always modify the save file to give yourself enough money to rebuy everything you've got.
